fp-units-base software package provides Free Pascal - base units dependency package, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fp-units-base
fp-units-base is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fp-units-base package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fp-units-base *
You will get with fp-units-base package name, version, architecture and description in a table
